We offer two Royal Mail tracked delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • £2.99 for rolls (1m and 3m)
  • FREE on orders over £20

  • Delivery within 1-2 working days
  • Full tracking included
  • £2.99 for A1 sheets
  • £3.99 for rolls (1m and 3m)
  • FREE on orders over £40

Processing Time

Your personalized wrapping paper is made to order in our London studio. We typically dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving them, though during peak periods (such as the lead-up to Christmas) this may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Please note: Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We recommend ordering in advance of when you need your wrapping paper, particularly during busy periods.

Returns & Refunds

Personalized Products

As all our wrapping paper is custom-made with your personalized text, these items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we cannot accept returns simply because you’ve changed your mind.

When We’ll Accept Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

  • We’ve made an error with your personalization
  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Your order doesn’t arrive at all
  • The product is faulty or not as described

Making a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return under the conditions above, please contact us at [your-email@rollwork.co.uk] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll respond within 48 hours to arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement to be sent out as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
