What paper do you use?
We print on premium 95gsm FSC-certified recycled paper made from 100% recycled fibers. It’s sturdy enough to wrap beautifully while remaining easy to fold and handle. The smooth coated finish ensures exceptional colour reproduction and instant-dry properties. After use, the paper can be recycled again, making it an environmentally conscious choice.
What printing technology do you use?
We use professional Epson SureColor printing with UltraChrome pigment inks. This advanced 10-colour ink system delivers vibrant, accurate colours with exceptional detail. The UltraChrome inks provide very good water resistance, enhanced scratch and wear resistance, and are highly resistant to fading—ensuring your wrapping paper stays beautiful from printing through to unwrapping.
Are the product images accurate?
Our product images include a mix of photographs, design files, and digital mockups for illustration purposes. The mockups help show how the wrapping paper looks in context on wrapped gifts. Actual printed colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.
Is the paper waterproof?
The combination of our instant-dry coated paper and Epson UltraChrome inks provides very good water resistance, protecting your prints from light splashes and handling. While not fully waterproof, your wrapping paper will handle normal use and handling conditions excellently.
Will the colors fade?
The Epson UltraChrome pigment inks we use are specifically engineered for fade resistance and long-lasting colour. Your wrapping paper will maintain its vibrant appearance throughout its use and storage, with high resistance to atmospheric conditions.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
As each order is personalized and printed fresh to order, we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Quality
Can I return personalized wrapping paper?
Because your wrapping paper is made to order with your personal customization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or we’ve made an error. Please check your personalization details carefully before ordering.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
We take quality seriously. If your wrapping paper arrives damaged, with a printing fault, or doesn’t match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We use professional colour-calibrated printing, but please note that screens vary. Colours may appear slightly different in person than on your device.
How should I store unused wrapping paper?
Store flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain print quality.
